Would just like to express how wonderful our stay here at the hospital has been. I brought my daughter to the ER Tuesday morning and she was admitted by Tuesday evening. This is not our first stay here, it’s usually here or at upstate and once again I am so impressed by how accommodating this hospital makes it for me to stay here 24hrs a day with her. I'm writing to you to tell you about my recent experience as a patient of New Lacombe Hospital And Care Centre in the Radiology department and how grateful I am for the technician and providers that took care of me. I had an HSG done and The Doctor was my radiology technician, and had the most excellent bedside manner. Going into the procedure, I was extremely nervous and from the moment Dr called me in he was kind, respectful, and gentle. Throughout the procedure I was so nervous and He held my hand and told me to take deep breaths. I cannot thank him enough for his amazing care and making this experience manageable for me. Additionally, both radiologists that cared for me were also incredibly kind and talked me through the procedure, answering all my questions.
